Dear Sir,
on 23rd may i visited the ATM of State bank of hyedrabad, i have withdrawn Rs4000. when i Got 2 notes of Rs 2000 out of which one note of Rs 2000 is fake. i could not believe on my eyes it had the word "Churan Lable" , "Bhartiya Manoranjan bank" and "children bank of india". i realised that something is wrong so immediately i visited the bank and shown it to cashier but cashier said it can't be possible, He was not ready at all and stared arguing . Now no-one is accepting my note even bankers also.
It is really surprising that such an efficient departments as that of yours is not heading to our complaints.Please get the needful done without any further lost of time.
